Sice Previt has been operating in the building sector since 1961, undertaking both civil and industrial construction and restructuring projects.
This extensive experience accumulated over time enables the company to carry out any type of job order with speed and precision, thanks to the efficient organisation of its construction sites and its considerable stock of equipment and means of work.
Sice Previt’s construction sites are managed by a dedicated team, usually consisting of the Project Manager – who serves as the primary contact for the Customer – the Site Manager, and the Design Leader. The team operates under the constant supervision of the Technical Director, to ensure the quality of the realisation and its completion within the agreed time and cost limits.
The high quality of finish demanded by our clients also requires a particular specialisation of the workforce employed on site: Sice Previt is proud of counting on expert workers in all the various construction and finishing processes, forming a highly qualified resource of over two hundred specialists.
The company’s entire activity is also managed with constant attention to compliance with the best industry standards in the field of safety and sustainability. Over the years, Sice Previt has in fact equipped itself with organised and controlled company processes, which have enabled it to obtain important sector certifications such as UNI EN ISO 9001, EN 1090, ISO 3834, as well as SOA OG1 certifications (Civil and industrial buildings) in cat. VII for amounts of up to over 15 €/Mil. and SOA OG2 (Restoration and maintenance of buildings subject to protection) in cat. VI for amounts of up to over 10 €/Mil.
