The offices occupy the dedicated building of approximately 3,000 square metres, constructed and inaugurated in 2008 with the aim of establishing a direct link between the design & administrative phases, previously carried out in a branch office, and the production phase, which has always been executed in the Segrate factory.
The Technical and Administrative Offices (Tender, Design, Project Management, Accounting and Management Control), assist and support the company’s complex production processes through their respective skills. Production is planned on an individual job orders basis, managed by high-profile technical staff through the various phases of the production cycle: from quotation to turnkey delivery of the commissioned project.
The Human Resources Department ensures compliance with national and internal contracts, as well as carrying out recruiting activities to support company growth. The Environment & Safety Office is assigned responsibility for the homonymous issues, which are essential for the company, as well as the scheduling of constant Staff training activities.
The Legal Department manages the process of analysis, drafting, negotiation and finalisation of the company’s external contracts, as well as guaranteeing the correct management of commercial relations.
The Quality and Sustainability Office, with the support of the Environment & Safety Office and the Human Resources Office, is responsible of ensuring that company processes are aligned with challenging corporate objectives in these areas of key importance.
Lastly, the Communication and Heritage Office, in liaison with the Management, deals with the company’s public image and the enhancement of its history and entrepreneurial culture, also through the care of its extensive photographic archive.
Since the 1990s, Sice Previt has also operated in France, where it is present with a subsidiary, Sice Previt France Sas, with offices in Paris and an operational warehouse in Villeneuve-le-Roi, on the immediate outskirts of the metropolis. Following a gradual but constant expansion of the subsidiary, in 2025 Sice France’s office has been relocated to 18, Avenue F.D. Roosevelt, in close proximity to Champs-Elysées, and currently accommodate 15 employees. The Villeneuve warehouse, on the other hand, is located near Paris Orly airport and is capable of promptly supplying French shipyards.
In 2019 the company also established its London subsidiary, Sice Previt Uk Ltd, to further consolidate its presence abroad and operate as a general contractor in the UK territory.
Sice Previt is constantly engaged in the process of optimising its internal organisation, with the aim of maintaining the high standards of management efficiency required by the dynamism of its reference sectors, both at home and abroad. To this end, after a demanding process of definition and implementation, in 2023 Sice Previt introduced an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software that supports the growing complexity of the company’s production processes by laying the foundations for a unified internal management system.
