The factory is the beating heart of the plant. Here, led by the production manager, specialised workers process various materials to create furniture or structural elements, based on the CAD/CAM plans drawn up by the designers. Meanwhile, decorators create the finishes requested by the Client by experimenting with synergies between craft and industrial techniques. Finally, the Research & Development Office is in charge of exploring ways of applying new technologies to production needs, choosing new machinery to improve and expand the range of processes that can be performed, and integrating them into the industrial production line.
